Everything about paying for your toon, and how to reach us if something isn’t right.
What do I pay for?
One HD, watermark-free toon (1080×1350 PNG) of the photo you upload. Price depends on how many people are in it: Solo Picture $4.99, Duo / Couples $7.99, Trio / Crew $10.99. It's a one-time payment, with no subscription.
Can I see it before paying?
Yes. You can make a free watermarked preview of your own toon first, so you know what you’re buying.
Refund policy
If your toon didn’t generate, the download failed, or the result clearly doesn’t match your photo (wrong number of people, missing faces), contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll fix it or refund you in full. Because every toon is a custom digital creation you can preview before buying, we can’t refund for a change of mind after the HD file has been delivered.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds go back to your original card through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are handled on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Your card details never touch our site.
